And I finished. Just in time . . . Linda it's mostly flat. A little lumpy here and there. You're going for the handmade look right? I've never done anything like this before but Marie and I will mail them together. Maybe tomorrow?
Thank you sooooooo much. A little lumpy is fine! I am just so excited to get anything! Hope you both had fun! I love taking a little bag full of these to do so I don't have to sit!
This looks better than mine..mine are lumpy and stretched a little out of shape. I've making a "Grandmother's Flower Garden" quilt out of flannel pieces..Why? That's just what I had at the time :) :) :) The only thing similar to the pattern is that the pieces are hexagonal..and that's it. There's no rhyme or reason...except the common background color of red surrounding these gigantic flowers I'm making :) :) I'm a beginner and a bit of quilting rebel, I think...Thanks for posting these photos. I really enjoy looking at all these blocks :) :) Greetings from Oregon, Heather H :) :) :)

Nice looking block, it doesn't look lumpy to me. I think you did a pretty good job for the first time around.
