Project Linus

Man, it feels great to get caught up!

I found a few sites for drop off in my area, so I hope to drop this off by the weekend.

I used a flannel backing that has selvage reading from year 2000!  wow, time to use that up!  I didn't use any batting, I thought the flannel would be added softness enough, but now that it is done, I'm not so sure I would do that again.   I miss fluffy-ness of batting!

I'm loving it. Am I wrong that you used a lot of Sandi Henderson? How pretty. I bet it's just the perfect weight.

I love flannel for backing a quilt. I back most baby quilts with it cause it's so cuddly.
Stash clean-up is wonderful isn't it? On to something new!

These colors are really neat...) :) :) I like the contrast of the blue/white flannel for the backing with the bright colors on the front!!! Very nice!!! Have a Happy Thanksgiving. Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)
