Iva,

I'm so sorry I have been so slow in getting this done. I sat at my sewing machine for the first time in almost 6 week last night and did yours. I hope you like it, it is going in the mail today to you.

Blessings,
Gayly

Oh, Gayly, this block is beautiful!! So creative, and very much worth the wait. Which was never an issue at all, so please don't apologize. How is you friend? I hope she is recovering and is home with her family now.

Iva,
Thanks for your kind words, I'm glad you like the block. As for my friend, her road has been very difficult. 2 weeks ago she was medi-flighted from ICU at Wesley in Wichita to University of Colorado hospital where she remains in ICU, she's now been in the hospital over a month and this is her 4th week in ICU. She has been diagnoised with pulminary hypertension but also is struggling with some other blood related issues that doctors have not found answers for. Her days are very up and down. I'm so thankful that her children got to see her for a few days this weekend. We will be heading to COlorado soon to spend time with them and for our son's appointments at Denver Children's for his medical need as well.
Please continue to pray for her, we have no idea what each will bring but we are trusting in the Great Physician to care for her each day.
Blessings,
Gayly
